How can we draw the graph of a function of complex variables involving two variables in Matlab?

Suppose the function is where . How to implement the graph in Matlab in an given interval. Can anyone help?

The function is C2 -> C , which should be a 4D, there is nothing as such in matlab, but you can get slices of it as 3D plot, refer the explaination provided here, and for imaginary data plot you can refer here.
