Simulink Data Inspector causes Matlab to crash

I am using the Simulation Data Inspector during a Simulation run, when Matlab crashes (happens nealry always after some time (~3min) in simulation):

"MATLAB has encountred an internal problem and needs to close."

Anyone can help please?
