how fix the problem of the initial state

Hello,I used the SIT.For example G1 is my model which find in the SIT.when ever I try to used this model in other simulation the put of the model is far from the out put of SIT while the inputs are the same. I check the initial states by using the ssid it shows x(0) =
x1 0 x2 0 Estimated using PEM using SearchMethod = Auto from data set u1/y1 Loss function 0.000606187 and FPE 0.000607924.
how I can sole the problem?any body knows about that?tanx

How did you use the SIT? I mean when you import data to SIT, did you check both the sampling interval and the starting time are correct?

hello,I check all the sampling interval and starting time are correct.I put the model which is make in the system identification toolbox and drag it to work space then use it in the simulation by using the idmodel but the out put of the idmodel is not the same as like as the output of the SIT.
