Using MapReduce to make the same calculation but on every column?

I've been reading the documentation about MapReduce here: https://uk.mathworks.com/help/matlab/import_export/getting-started-with-mapreduce.html

The documentation shows how to create a map function which works out the average of a particular column in a table ('distance').

How would I go about calculating the average of every column in a particular table rather than just one?
