Neural Network/Image Processing/webcam

Hi, I need to classify eye gaze and I try to learn classifying image data with (https://www.mathworks.com/help/vision/ug/image-category-classification-using-deep-learning.html).And I need to use this in real time(webcam).But , I cant find about after training what I will do with webcam.I cant find a source about this. I dont know what I will do.And actually I find classify with webcam,but they are related to Googlenet(https://www.mathworks.com/help/deeplearning/ug/classify-images-from-webcam-using-deep-learning.html#).I want classify my data and I try eyes directions with webcam.
