calculation of reliability by boolean algebra

Hi all
I want to calculate the reliability of rice mill by Boolean algebra. Can any one help me in logical matrix operations. I want to apply logical matrix operation like transpose of logical matrix and orthogonalisation algorithm in logical matrix.
