Simulink model for Differential equation

Hey, maybe someone can help me. I have to create a Simulink model for the following differential equation:
I have already solved the equation for xdd
.
The equation looks very similar to that of a "mass spring damper" system.
I already know how the model looks for that system (look below). I just need some help modifying it.

i just need some help representing the equation above in a simulink model. It should be pretty easy.

The force F is the input into the system. But you used sinewave model for the force. Follow the attached sketch. Make sure you used the sinewave block ans set the values. You must set the input force

Your simulink model seems correct. Can you be exact regarding your request?
