How can I get Matlab Builder NE?

This may seem an odd question -- and maybe the wrong place to put it -- but I've been trying to download Matlab Builder NE for for the past few weeks, almost a month and haven't been able to.
I have already tried getting a trial version and even tried to contact MathWorks but haven't received any reply.
Any help would be really appreciated.
