compile a function into - command line executer

is it possible to compile a function into a command line executer?

Your question is very vague. Do you mean MATLAB function? And by compile, do you mean using MATLAB Compiler?

yes indeed i mean compiling a matlab function using the matlab compiler, compiling into a command line executer run with variables from the dos command line.
