How to read .mnc files?

could you help me to read the file extension .mnc in matlab, I wand to read DTI files using this extension.

This topic has been discussed without success already: http://www.mathworks.us/matlabcentral/answers/45620-how-to-read-image-with-mnc-extension-in-matlab. ".mnc" and "DTI" is not enough information to find a valid answer. I suggest to ask the manufacturer of the software.

There is an "mnc"-File reader in the FileExchange: FEX: mia-2-4, but I do not know, if these are your type of mnc files, because file extensions are not unique.
