Where is the "Ideal Angular Position Source" in Simmechanics

I've build a gear model in SimMechanics and now i want to put in the position of the input shaft and measure the output torque on the other side of the gear. In SimMechanics it seems like my only choice for sources is the "ideal angular velocity source" or "ideal torque source". Why isn't there a source that defines the position input?
