You can use the same installer, but you download and install a different binary, with its own license file. Two things:
  1. When installing MATLAB Parallel Server, install all products
  2. If you have MATLAB already installed on you nodes, you can (ought to) install MATLAB Parallel Server in the same location (as if it where another toolbox)
