How to convert simple multiplication of variables into dot(.*) multiplication

1 vue (au cours des 30 derniers jours)
While doing the Taylor Series approximation of a given function:
F = 0.5*[x1 x2]*h*[x1; x2] + gr_f'*[x1; x2];
I am getting output as:
x2*(4*x1 - 5*x2) - 38*x2 - 46*x1 - x1*(13*x1 - 4*x2)
How to convert this result into (.*) and (.^) ?
for eg:
4*x1.*x2 - 5*x2.^2 ................

You could use this
although current doc says it is not recommended.
