Manual upload of data to the Thingspeak Platform for visualization

I have channels that upload sensors data of pH,temprature and conductivity but i would like also to have readings of Nitrates visualization and i was wondering how do i upload this data manually as i record per measurements. How do i upload manual data for visualization to the other visualizations i have?
