Need general explanation from MATLAB experts regarding TSP

Hi.

If let say i have a TSP, that should be solved using Genetic Algorithm, Simulated Annealing and Particle Swarm Optimization, what do you think the advantage & disadvantages for each of the methods used ?

What's the real/obvious difference between them (in terms of solving TSP particularly). Is it the codes...or anything else ? How to exactly prepare the code, as in, for GA, we need to evolve/mutate/crossover etc.

I just need the answer generally, for me to easily understand it.
