Unable to obtain MAC information from MPDU of a packet from 802.11 Wifi frame

Dear all, I am trying to detect frames and decode MAC information from a signal received from Ettus Research X310 SDR. Signal has a sampling rate of 100 MSps and Channel Bandwidth of 80 MHz. As a first step, I have used WaveformAnalyzer and can obtain the packets and corresponding details. But the MAC Summary of all the packets are displayed as 'Unknown' as MPDU decode status is FCS failed. I have also tried to filter the signal and decode using WLAN toolbox functions, but received the same results.

Does it mean that I need to get new measurements or are there any solutions to resolve this ?

Hi,

You are saying that MPDU decode status is FCS failed. This is a check to see if the frame is correctly received. That is the reason there is no MAC summary. More info can be found here.
