System Generator y HDL coder

Buenas tardes, soy nuevo trabajando en el disño con FPGA y quiero desarrollar mi proyecto sin necesidad de programar en VHDL. En este momento estoy realizando algo muy sencillo, quiero mediante simulink crear el codigo VHDL con el HDL code para un sumador para luego mediante un BlackBox en el system generator llamar el código.

La generación con HDL coder me funciona bien y puedo llamar el código con el BlackBox, pero cuando realizo la simulación con el sytem generator no obtengo ningún resultado.

Do I understand your request correctly that you would like generate code from a subsystem in Simulink and take the generated VHDL code abd create black-box and use it with system generator?

I think this is possible.
