Is it possible to create code to delete some functions from existing MATLAB script?

I am working on process where MATLAB script is generated. Here, I want to delete some parameters from generated script which are not useful.
Can anyone help me with this to create code to delete parameters from existing script and generate new MATLAB script which I can use further process?
