MATLAB Associate Certification information

I'm interested in participating in the next matlab associate certification and I would like to get some info. I am from Greece. When is the next examination date? Now, with covid-19, how and where will we be examined? How much does this certification cost? Is there any course a could take to prepare for this examination?
