how to work with neural network ?

Hello, we look for a code under matlab which allows to complement our program which consists: alphabetical classification of letters has to leave images of sign of the hand with the neural network.. We have for input a vector of characteristics, and a database 200 images. We do not manage to introduce them by the neural network! help us ! please ! . ps: sorry for our english , it's not verry well !
