Undefined function 'serial' for input arguments of type 'char', serial port programming

I am trying to execute a small code on defining a serial port object, setting it at COM1 port and baud rate etc. But I am getting an error : Undefined function 'serial' for input arguments of type 'char'.

I need to know what header or dir do I need to include in my current path.
