MCR 7.14 and MATLAB 2011a in same machine ,dont work

Hi,
I have installed the MCR 7.14 nad MATLAB 2011b in my machine.Before without MATLAb MCR was running fine but after installing the MATLab MCR is not working.
Can you please suggest me what is the reason?

Please specify what you mean by "MCR is not working" - if there is an error message, please paste that.

No error msg when I am running an exe the MATLAB is not being initiated.
