How to use synthesizer VST plugin after loading it using loadAudioPlugin function?

I loaded a VST plugin, a piano synthesizer, in MATLAB. I don't know how to provide notes and duration information to this plugin and receive plugin generated sound. Please Help me!!!

Unfortunately we do not support VSTi (MIDI instruments) at this time.
