implementation of notch filter

Hello i have written code of notch filter equation is as following

alpha = 0.8;

fs = 1200;

omega = 2*pi*60/fs; % fs = sampling frequency

num = [1 -2*cos(omega) 1] % numerator

den = [1 -2*alpha*cos(omega) alpha*alpha] % denominator

i want to use this in simulink block and i am using discrete transfer function block but i am not getting notch at 60 hz ....

so i want to ask any think wrong in code or which filter block should i used in simulink ?
