Error in MuPAD command: Out of memory.

 i got this type of error in Matlab given below: i am using windows xp & 4 GB RAM.

 Error using mupadmex
 Error in MuPAD command: Out of memory.

   Evaluating: specfunc::Hypergeom::Ts

 Error in sym/double (line 702)
        Xstr = mupadmex('symobj::double', S.s, 0);

 Error in hypergeom (line 35)
   h = double(hypergeom(n,d,sym(z)));

Please help me regarding to this issue. Thank you.
