How to change kernel function and each kernels parameters from given svmtrain m file

Need help. I am using SVMTRAIN from the Bioinformatic Toolbox 3.5 (R2011a) and I would like to know is it possibly to change Kernel function and each kernels parameters from given SVMTRAIN m file (C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2011a\toolbox\bioinfo\biolearning). Is it possible to set these parameters manually? Thanks.

You can specify your own kernel function for SVMTRAIN. See section 'kernel_function' in the documentation.
