How to create a function out of a plot.

Hello,

I have a question about a plot. I am bussy with modeling and I want to have the function of a grafic. The data is PtoP value, but with the hilbert function I have create the envelop of it.

After that I have tried manny times with the fourier transformation to get a F series of the grafic or a just the function (f), without much succes.

In the attached files the original signal.
