computing potential temperature in atmosphere ?

Does anybody already codes the computation of potential temperature for a given level pressure ?

There are functions for it in the Aerospace Toolbox. See the documentation on the atmoslapse function.

It should be straightforward to code. See the Wikipedia article on Lapse rate for details.
