How to stop blue highlighting of UITables created in app designer on cell selection

How do I prevent uitables from hightlighting the cells when I click on them?
I do not want to disable uitables because that would grey out the uitable.

I thought maybe setting the undocumented 'SelectionHighlight' property from 'on' to 'off' might do the trick, but no joy.
I'm guessing at this point it's not possible.

Hi Kelvin,
This feature to prevent the cells from becoming highlighted upon selection is currently unsupported. I have brought the issue to the notice of the concerned people and it might be considered for a future release.
