Cell Array not supported with Matlab Coder

I have a very complex code where cell arrays are used multiple times. I need to convert this code to C using MATLAB Coder but cell array is not supported with it. The error I get is - 'cell arrays are not supported when using the -singleC flag.'

Is there something that can be done or a workaround?

Any help is appreciated.
