How to sweep along multiple curves to create multiple solid pipes? Utilizing Matlab-CAD software interaction.

I plotted multiple curves in Matlab and and I want to sweep (circular cross section) along these curves to create multiple 3D solid pipes. Is it possible to do this using an interaction between Matlab and a CAD software?
