ow to use nprtool (neural pattern recognition tool)?

my input is a matrix wich rows are damaged vectors, my target is a matrix of correct vectors corresponding to the input vectors. but nprtool does not accept my sightly target! :(
what should i do?
what is the problem?

Inputs are columns, not rows.
