Sampling modelization with Simulink

I try to modelizate the behaviour of a system. This system take one value in each sample time. I have build a subsystem and those subsystem is triggered by the sample time. My problem is I want just to take one value in each period in my simulation but Simulink can't just take one value. Maybe it's easy for some of you...
