No rules fired for Output 1. Defuzzified output value set to its mean range value 11.5

Hi,

I wanted to know in which circumstance this warning is dispalyed.

I thought that may be it is because I have not included the rule for a particular combination.

then i included the rule. but still it is giving warning.

What may be the reason.

Also I am using Fuzzy toolbox .

PS: I have 6 inputs with 5 MF each.
