how do i unable a GUI to fit the screens irrespective of resolution?

I have created a GUI, now I want it to fit in all the screens irrespective of the resolution. Please suggest some ways to do it.
Means if i want to change the system and the resolution is different in both the system the GUI should fit in the same way in both the systems

isn't that what normalized Units do for any kind of position/size?

I have tried that but it seems that its not working. If i try the normalized thing then the graph trend is getting effected by that and the GUI is not appearing properly for the graph trend. trend is not coming at all
