Data Acquisition Toolbox does not support digital inputs with MCC USB-1208LS

I am trying to use the MCC USB-1208LS as a TTL digital input for an application but the Data Acquisition Toolbox does not support digital inputs with MCC USB-1208LS

Currently, MATLAB's Data Acquisition Toolbox supports acquiring data only from analog channels. This limitation has been noted on the documentation page of the "DAQ support package for MCC hardware".
