Eye extraction by using a mask

Hello all,

I have a following problem...

In my research I have to extract eye from a face image...

I will detect eyes by using Viola-Jones algorithm and detect iris by using circular Hough transform. Now when I have a center of the iris, I would like to apply mask and extract each eye.

Any idea how to do it? Any example?
