Is it "possible"? Of course. You can do any kind of analysis you want to do, as long as you fully understand what you are doing, fully understand the theory, and fully understand the language.

Will we write code here to do that for you? Of course not. To intelligently answer this vague question would likely require complete courses on MATLAB, as well as courses on art history, on the use of computers to study images, on deep learning, on all sorts of things. We would need to teach you a complete degree in several subjects.

And of course, you would need high resolution images of the works in question. So that means you would need large computer resources to store the information being processed. You would also need the skills to work with those large images, because that alone can be CPU and computer intensive.

Sorry, but your question is well beyond the scope of this site. To even try to help you would be an achievment in itself.
