Migration from GUDE to App Designer

Our professor asked us to do a GUI. Since App Designer is too hard for me to understand, I try to use the old GUIDE. After using the migration tool, all of the command lines are in tact and I think I don't need to worry. However when I run this thing, the app is showing the half of it. I don't know how to fix it since there is no Documentation nor Google Searches about this one.

Is this a known issue for Migration Tool? If so, how to fix it?

I wouldn't know why is it there, but click the app window and press on your keyboard Start+Left Arrow to move it

Hmm, that shortcut is supposed to move the window, and it should work with any program (test it first so you know you are correctly pressing it).
