how Large my PID Coefficients can be ?

Hi
im designing a pid controller for a suspention system and im tuning the PID with swarm algorithms !
when i define a larger Coefficients i get such a better answers (like when i set to 100000000).
but is there any problem with that?
is that a limitation?
should i choose a lower band for my Coefficients ?
thank you so much for helping me .

hello
IMHO, first thing to do is to have a valid model of the transfer function of your suspension system
then define what the controller requirements are, what is the role of the P, I, D term
there is maybe a simpler first approach to PID tuning vs jumping in first place into heuristic methods

thank you for your suggestion
i have tuned the controller with different methods and im just compairing them
thats why i have done this with heuristic method

have you tried this one ? (from fex)

thank you for sharing this code
hopefully i dont have problem with compairing or running the codes.
i just wonder how large can i set my Coefficients for tuning the PID since in my case ' Larger ones cause much better performance '

hello
so how does the model of your system looks like ?
have a code to share ?
all the best
