why can't the GUI read net

I faced the problem.
when I work a .exe file, made from GUI for ANN, it express the error message as followed
the encountered error was: Reference to non-existent field 'net_read_only'.
what is the solution .exe file read 'net' which means neural network ?
please help me...please. thank you
