Is this MATLAB code you're talking about? You can use the MATLAB Function block in R2011a (called Embedded MATLAB Function block in previous releases). Depending on what your code does, you may need to re-architecture it slightly to make it compliant with the function supported for code generation or to delcare some functions as extrinsic functions).

use embedded matlab function block and if want to port it on fpga then use xilinx block sets and block name is M_code
