Linear regression or confidence interval between two columns

Dear all,

I have two independent columns wtih data that i want to compare using confidence interval or linear regression. How is that done in Matlab? The aim is to get as much information as possible regarding their differences. The data comprise numerical against experimental results.

I don't think regression would help you. Statistical tests like t-test with independent or paired samples would be much better.
