Convert RGB to GRAY

How to convert the image RGB to GRAYSCALE..But not working the rgbtogray function

Okay, so what happens when you _try_ to use rgb2gray ? Please show a code snippet and a copy of the error message.

Perhaps you mean RGB2GRAY. I don't know of any RGBTOGRAY function.

So you ARE using RGB2GRAY and it is not working? Could you be more specific? There is no way that someone can help you if they have no details whatsoever...
