how to access .mat file during simulation time

hi,
i have saved some data in .mat file format, i have to give that data as an input to my simulink model, but i am able to access that data only after the simultaion completes but i have to use it during simulation time....
please help me regarding this.

Use this block: Simulink>Sources>From File
