Problem with axis in Matlab GUI

I want to insert heatmap figure into axis in my Matlab GUI but it didn't work. Instead of this I have 1 heatmap object and 1 figure opened. I want only to put heatmap into GUI axis. (handles.heatMap)

heatmap - is a variable which ready to plot a HeatMap.

Here is my code :

 cl=ymin:ymax;
 rl=xmin:xmax;

 handles.heatMap=plot(HeatMap(heatmap,'RowLabels',rl,'ColumnLabels',cl,'ColorMap',redbluecmap,'Symmetric',false),figure('Renderer','ZBuffer','Visible','on'));
 guidata(hObject,handles);
