Warning with FLC this makes my model slow down

Dear Mathcoders,
Could you mind sharing with me a piece of advice for diminishing/supressing this warning? because this reduce the performance of my simulation.
In 'Full_PED_FL/Battery_Control/Fuzzy Logic
Controller', no rules fired for Output 2. Defuzzified output value set to its mean range value 0.5. [4641 similar]
