picture encryption decryption in matlab gui

i want to take an image as an input/ import in one button and encrypt it in second and decrypt in third button.

We are not able to assist you with encryption due to the laws of the United States.

The laws of the USA do not care whether you are encrypting audio or pictures or temperature readings of your shower: we cannot help you with the encryption or decryption part.
