Simulink error: Continuous Sample times not allowed

I have the following error when I try to run the following project (see picture attached) based on a WIFI Tx and Rx model and another model based on a Bluetooth model.

Continuous Sample times not allowed

Seems the problem comes because the Master Transmitter(BT) is continous, whereas Transmitter(WiFi) and Receiver(WiFi) are discrete. Does anybody know how can I put the Master Transmiiter in discrete or just convert the Signal that comes out from Pad to discrete?

Thanks for your prompt reply, however if I used the Unbuffer+RateTransition the BLuetooth losses the Frequency hopping and stay continously centered in 0Hz.
