identify change between two frames

I have a point cloud data in pcap format. I am trying to identify the change between the two frames. Anyone please suggest how to do it?

@KSSV Thank you for your response. Please find the attached different frame images of the pcap file. Here I have taken 1st and 200th frame to detect the change/difference between frames. Your kind help is much appreciated.
